PIETRA
Amber Beer

Pietra - is a bottle conditioned amber beer, produced and bottled by Pietra Brewery in Corsica, France.

Pietra – is a hand-crafted beer from the Island of Corsica brewed with a blend of selected malts, hops, chestnuts and without any chemical additives or preservatives. Chestnuts are a traditional fruit in Corsica; they are handpicked in the Castagniccia Forrest (Upper Corsica), individually selected and then carried by donkeys to the nearest village to be ground into flour. This unique blend in the world gives it an exceptional personality – strong and delicate, with a low bitterness.

Pietra has a long fermentation period of 8 weeks in a temperature controlled room. In France this type of fermentation is called "la Garde". This beer is brewed to 6% abv.

Pietra is available in 3 different sizes: 8 FL.OZ. (236ml), 11.2 FL.OZ. (330ML) crown caps and 25.4 FL.OZ. (750ml) that has the distinctive champagne cork and cage finish.

Pietra is wonderfully refreshing on its own, as an aperitif or as a perfect complement to chicken, pork, any light meat, pasta and strong cheese.

Pietra ages well and has a shelf life up to 2 years from date of purchase.

Serve chilled at 40 - 45 degree F (6 - 8 degree C).

COLOMBA
Traditional (White Beer)

Colomba – is a bottle conditioned white beer produced and bottled by Brewery Pietra on the Island of Corsica, France.

Columba - is a traditional un-pasteurized wheat beer brewed from an all-natural process, elaborated through herbs and vegetation as well as aromatic flowers.

Columba – is unfiltered, naturally cloudy resulting from the yeast sediment at the bottom of the bottle, that can be consumed with the beer if so desired, and forges its perfume and aromas in the corsican <<maquis>>. The maquis is the famous wild forest of Corsica where you can find exceptional and unique herbs and flowers.

Columba – the master-brewer, during the boiling of the wort, steeps the delicate blend of corsican aromas and here lies the mystery of Columba.

Columba – has a long fermentation period of 8 weeks in a temperature controlled room. This beer is brewed to 5% abv.

Columba - is available in 12 FL.OZ. (355ml) crown cap bottles.

Columba - is wonderfully refreshing on its own or as a perfect complement to seafood and fish.

Columba - ages well and has a shelf life up to 2 years from date of purchase.
