Empire - is a genuine aperitif cider produced and bottled by Les Blancs Coteaux Vineyards, in Dunham, Quebec, Canada located within the Macroclimate Lake Champlain. 

Empire – is originally made from 7 different varieties of hand picked apples, all estate grown and yeasts are added for a partial fermentation process.

Empire after primary fermentation occurs apple brandy (calvados) is blended to it to raise the alcohol content in order to stop the fermentation and keep a natural sweetness. It is then aged in fine grain American oak barrel for a period of 3 to 8 months.

Empire is golden in color and will reflect its limpidity. It will seduce your senses with its fragrance of rich taffy, honey, apricot and apple. A taste of Empire will sweep your palate, with a smooth fresh and harmonious balance of fruit and spirit, all together wrapped in a long lasting finish. This aperitif cider has a 16.5% abv.

Empire is available in 16.9 FL.OZ. (500ml) cork and wax finish bottles.

Empire is wonderfully refreshing on its own or as a perfect complement to desserts, nuts, pates and most of all with strong cheeses.

Empire ages well and has a shelf life up to 10 years.

Serve chilled at 35-40 degree F (4-6 degree C). Must be refrigerated after uncorking.
