This dark bock beer is fermented for three months before bottling. Brasal Bock - is a full-bodied dark bock beer with a creamy head, rich, malty, and flavorful on the palate. Farm Brewery La Belge - is a bottle conditioned blond ale produced and bottled by Schoune Farm Brewery, in St. Odilon, Quebec, Canada. La Belge - is a traditional unpasteurized double fermented Belgian style ale brewed with spring water, malt, finest of hops and spices that are added during the brewing process at different stages which results in a fruity bouquet of spices and flowers scent. It has a fine and lasting foam. It is robust, rich and velvety and its soft bitterness disappears leaving a subtle aroma of fruits and spices. This ale will please the palate of an amateur as well as a connoisseur. Yeast is added during primary fermentation at the brewing stage. It is then bottled and additional yeast is added for the secondary re-fermentation. This ale is brewed to 8% abv. La Belge has a feature that stands out from traditional ales. Schoune Farm Brewery Maple Pale ale - is a bottle conditioned maple ale produced and bottled by Schoune Farm Brewery, in St. Odilon, Quebec, Canada. Maple Pale ale - is a traditional unpasteurized Belgian style ale brewed with spring water, caramel malt, finest of hops and maple syrup that is added during the brewing process at different stages which results in a soft finish with a touch of bitterness that disappears. This ale will please the palate of an amateur as well as a connoisseur. Maple syrup is added during primary fermentation at the brewing stage. It is then bottled; additional maple syrup is added for the secondary re-fermentation. This ale is brewed to 5% abv. Maple Pale ale derives from the harmony of those 2 traditions, just as beer syrup is the fruit of a long ancestral tradition. Maple Pale ale is available in 12 FL.OZ. (355ml) crown cap bottles. Schoune Farm Brewery Reb’Ale - is a red ale bottle conditioned produced and bottled by Schoune Farm Brewery, in St. Odilon, Quebec, Canada. Reb’Ale - is a highly traditional unpasteurized Belgian style bottle conditioned ale, brewed with malt and top quality hops without any chemical additive. Reb’Ale - second fermentation occurs in the bottle and requires several days in a temperature controlled room. The yeast sediment at the bottom of the bottle could be consumed with the ale, if so desired. Reb’Ale - is amber in color with a rocky head. Medium bodied. Subtly hopped. This ale is characterized by its malted caramel and candy sugar since there are no spices added during the brewing process. Barely bitter in taste. A must for amateurs of a sweet & malted ales. An extremely balanced and smooth ale brewed to 7.5% abv. Reb’Ale - is available in 12 FL.OZ. (355ml) twist cap bottles.
